There are three Approved Training Organisations (ATOs) in the UK with a licence to deliver accreditation training. The approval process involves a thorough scrutiny of all aspects of the training company and requires their participation in a train the trainer programme. The approved training organisations and their course trainers are regularly monitored to check the quality and content of the training provided.

The three ATOs offer both public and private/in-house services for APMP accreditation. We encourage you to contact them directly to discuss your specific individual, team or corporate requirements.

Since January 2007, Shipley has successfully prepared more than 300 people for the APMP Foundation Exam. Shipley has been an approved training organisation for the APMP since the launch of the Approved Training Programme in April 2006, delivering Foundation training in the UK, Europe, India, USA, South Africa and the Middle East. Shipley’s APMP Foundation Level Accreditation 1 day workshop is an intensive workshop that provides candidates with an opportunity to consolidate their knowledge of the competency areas tested by the APMP.  Preparation for the Foundation exam is through a series of leader-led discussions and structured exercises.  Candidates have the opportunity to sit ‘representative exam papers’ to confirm their understanding of the best practices tested in the Foundation Exam.
